Shaye Reilly, M.Ed., MCP, LPC, brings a wealth of expertise and passion with certifications as a psychometrist and in Rural Resilience and Farm Response, Shaye is deeply committed to addressing the mental health needs of rural communities in Oklahoma. As the principal at Alpha Assessment & Counseling, LLC., Shaye dedicates herself to providing vital mental health services to individuals and families, particularly those struggling with mental, behavioral, and developmental disorders in underserved rural areas.

Shaye's journey to her current role is rooted in her rural upbringing and her commitment to her community. Starting as a teacher in the very same school she attended as a child, she later pursued graduate studies to become a school counselor and ultimately earned her master's in counseling psychology. As a single mother, Shaye faced challenges head-on, supported by a strong co-parenting partnership and later finding joy in a blended family after remarriage.

Certified in trauma, grief, and loss in children and adolescents, Shaye's advocacy extends to ensuring all children feel loved and protected. Drawing on her background in education, she advocates for appropriate Individualized Education Program (IEP) standards to support children's academic and emotional needs in educational settings.
